These really are the softest nursing pads I've ever seen! They aren't bulky like some of the other brands I've bought. I've washed them several times and their shape and softness are still there!

They are soft and stay in place but leak completely but I don't think a reusable fabric liner can seal. The disposable pads I used before irritated my skin so I switched to them and had no problems. Although they are quite expensive!

I want to wear them even when I'm not breastfeeding (which I never do as I have kids) they are soft and amazing. The only downside is that they feel wet, which is pretty annoying as it's like a fleece blanket for your nipples. Nobody wants to wrap themselves in a wet blanket. I have to order multiple packs to change them often enough for this overstuffed mom.
