These massage balls originated in the Chinese city of Baoding during the Ming Dynasty. It stimulates the circulation of blood and energy throughout the body. Hollowed balls are outfitted with sounding plates to produce a jingle as they are rotated. Set of two in an embroidered case. Each Ball appx 1.75" in diameter. Very poor quality, good for massagers and devices

I received these Boading balls today. The colors are very pretty and the bells come in a lovely green box. But the enamel is very cheap and of very poor quality, the imperfections are visible on the surface of the balls and I couldn't feel this smooth beautiful enamel in my hands because I felt something was wrong playing with it. Another thing is you can see the lines on all the balls and it doesn't feel like NEW! Very disappointed!
