I liked that it works great. There is nothing not to love. This is one of the best purchases I've made. After two days, the 70-pound dog was trained and stopped barking. Other great features too. We recommend.

The instructions said there should be a wearable device and a tie to hang it on, but there weren't any in the box. There were flowers in the box so it looks like it was returned. I tried anyway. Challenging missing items and extra dried flowers in the crate seems to work.

We live in the green belt so people walk past our yard all the time, even at night, and if one dog barks, all the dogs in the neighborhood bark. I only had this item for 1 hour but my Big Piranha barked 2 times and that was enough to stop him immediately. I've spent thousands on his barking and nothing is helping. I felt so bad that I turned it off until the evening so it could talk to other dogs during the day but would be quiet at night. I hope it continues to work just as well.

My dog and neighborhood dogs like to gather in the corner and say hello to each other, I hung this in that corner and my dog quickly learned not to bark! Works not only on barking but also on yapping or any other equally annoying noise my German Shepherd makes, similar to a smoke detector that has a dead battery.
