Handy Tool with Precise Pinch Gauge Calibration

This hydraulic pinch gauge is a handy tool for precise calibration needs. It is well-constructed and delivers accurate readings consistently. The device works perfectly with a single hand, and it is excellent for those who desire a compact device for industrial and scientific applications. However, the device is relatively pricey, and for those only using it occasionally, it may be an unneeded expense.

Pros
  • Accurately measures pinch strength for rehabilitation purposes.
Cons
  • May not accurately measure pinch strength in individuals with certain physical limitations or disabilities.

I use this device every day and it fell apart.

I use this machine every day and it fell apart about a week after I bought it. My husband had to tighten the hex screws on the sides. I hope this need does not come up often.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Will be added later

Poor quality - not intended for daily clinical use.

I ordered them at the end of May 2021 and they no longer work and it's only the end of the first week of July. When trying to measure grip strength, they get stuck at 5#. Not happy at all and seems like I should have stayed with the Jamar brand.

Pros
  • Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Plumbing
Cons
  • So far so good
