They have an excellent product, great support team and are very responsive. I've used them as both customer and provider (and am currently working with them). Very friendly people to work with - they always make me feel welcomed and appreciated for who I am. Not much at this time because there's nothing wrong that I can think of. I like that it is easy to use, has great reporting capabilities (BI), runs in Excel which makes collaboration easier than trying to move data into SharePoint or some other platform for analysis/reporting etc. It also provides historical reference information so you can easily look back at past requirements if needed but not just keep them all current as they change constantly anyway. Sometimes there are issues with formatting when exporting reports from Microsoft Word versions 2007 & Office 365
