Works great / reasonable price

Used for the electrical installation of the transporter, the goods were delivered quickly. I use them directly on batteries and terminal block. Excellent quality product, highly recommended.

Cons
  • The list will be long.

Great for marine protection

fuses are great for protecting marine circuits. Takes up little space and protects all cables from the battery post. Too bad I discovered them earlier. The quality seems to be good. The price was the best I could find

Cons
  • Fast OK

While price is the best option

Instead of buying a $10 fuse/fuse holder and cutting the battery cable to connect the fuse holder, this great alternative is much easier to install on the battery itself. and allows you to keep the integrity of your cables uncut, providing greater cable strength, greater current flow and the ability to run cables through bulkheads etc.

Cons
  • There are cons

Good design and good price when bought including fuse box. I see no difference to the significantly more expensive Bluesea version. An excellent bottleneck solution, the shaft mounts directly on the solenoid hot feeder, very convenient and takes up virtually no extra space. No extra cables or connectors were needed, so I saved money too.

Cons
  • Minus gift

Compact and simply electric

I am using this on an 8 battery solar system, each of the 2 batteries is connected by fuses on the load side. This provides short circuit/overload protection in each module as close to the battery as possible. The presence of a fuse box on the battery also ensures good heat dissipation. The device and fuse are very compact and easy to install. Don't forget to include the fuse connection in your total load/temperature/cable area calculations - there are plenty of online calculators that will doโ€ฆ

Cons
  • Some little things

Fuses are like a condom: sooner or later you will use them.

If you have batteries, you must put them to protect your investment. If something shorts out, buying the right size fuses can prevent damage to the wire and fire. I have 6 deep cycles that involve my solar system. If something happens, they will save my system and my home. I only applied 75 amps at a time. 75 x 6 = 450 amps is a very large current that can cause serious damage. So don't think you need more than you should. Under size you burn out, if you burn out, find out why, then increaseโ€ฆ

Cons
  • The cord is shorter than other picks

Great when space is limited

The system I'm building will be installed in a location that just doesn't have a lot of room to place components. I used these fuse blocks in two places: screwed directly to the positive terminal of the lithium battery (for the main system fuse) and to the main system switch output terminal (for the high current branch circuit). I don't recommend connecting directly to the battery terminal unless you are using lithium batteries. Aside from the space constraints, I also use them because they are

Cons
  • Vulgarity
