It was beautiful and did its job well until my bird bit off the hand holding the squid in place. If you have hot-tempered birds, then this holder is not for you. In the end I'm happy with the design, I just wish it was made of a more durable material.

Imperfect design. The holder is huge for a small squid. The perch is a separate piece that does not fit securely. My parrot's weight makes it fall. Useless, waste of money. Go for the green squid holder suggested earlier, which goes great with the other three cages.

This works great for my birds not to waste the squid because it keeps the squid in place so they don't fall to the bottom of the cage and they even eat the dusty squid that end up in the small bowl. .This product is really strong and good quality, if it breaks I will definitely buy another one.

Bought this for my chicken and if it can handle squid pecking then I know it's great for little birds! She loves the little dish that catches every crumb for her! The only minor issue is that I added an attachment to hold the largest bones as it's rough and the small strap provided doesn't offer much security.
