good quality issue for spare parts

ordered right and left. I'm concerned about crimps that make metal-to-rubber connections. One side hose had full double crimps, the other side hose didn't have 2 crimps, the second crimp was incomplete. Becarnley, what's up? This is the right hose, part number -1638, in a white plastic bag.
