Does not fit like original part.

This part is not a direct replacement for the stock ignition coil. I had to go to an auto parts store and find longer screws to complete the installation. As for the part that actually works, yes.

Works great, but not longer than 4 months.

Perfect fit for my 1996 Honda Civic LX 4 Door which has had the occasional loss of power and stalls. Changed the lid and rotor and the problems continued. Installed this part and now no problems. March 2021 update, car would not start anymore, replaced with Autozone's Duralast model and the issue has been resolved. This unit lasted less than 4 months and I only saved $40 on an Amazon order.

Not a replacement for

As other reviewers have said, this ignition control module is thicker than a standard (NEC) ICM, so the standard bolts are too short. I had to go to the big orange box and buy some M4-0.7x12mm machine screws and some M4 lock washers to install this new ICM. I wish they came with two screws and two washers, but that would make it ten cents more expensive. Another oddity is that the included silicone radiator grease is thin (liquid, runny) and clear, unlike the white paste. I'm used to using with
