I am so disappointed! The texture of the balm itself is like this.

It took about three weeks to deliver but I was okay with that because I was happy with the product. I am so disappointed! The texture of the lip balm itself is very grainy and coarse, and clove oil is very powerful. I don't smell or smell mint at all. I love mint lip balms and was dying to love this one but this is just a huge disappointment.

NOT THE SAME as ordered direct from Beessential

I've been a fan of Beessential lip balm since I met him a few years ago. BUT this one didn't seem to be the same. he is fatter I don't know if it's because I got it from Revain or something, but they don't treat your lips like the ones I ordered direct from Beessential. The ones from Beessential easily coat and moisturize your lips, while the ones I ordered from Revain felt like I'd just kissed a puddle of cooking oil or something. Not my best lip balm

Mine might have been old. It felt heavy on the lips, without a hint of mint. Not refreshing at all, which is what I would expect from a balm that claims to be healing. Just a cover. No shine as advertised. The state of health was not pleasant. I can't speak for healing because my lips weren't cracked from using Burt overnight. I wanted to try it because I liked the all natural aspect but... Maybe it suits a man who doesn't want smell, taste, shine.

::EDIT 02/03/17::So, a few days after I received a full refund on my purchase, I also received a package of 5 new lip balms in the mail! (2 peppermint and 1 each honey, orange ginger and lemon lavender). The difference between the new lip balms and the two from my original order is huge! Where the former had a very strong chemical smell and were grainy, the new ones smell delicious and are smooth as butter! (Actually, my favorite was honey) What a wonderful thing!
