When I put this cream on I can feel the skin and veins constricting for a few minutes. I can see a visible difference after putting it on. My blue road map veins eventually go back to the normal size though, although my spider veins seems to be diminishing permanently I think. The first thing I noticed about this product was that as soon as I opened the package, the smell was powerful. Not overwhelming to your senses, but definitely powerful. I placed them in my bathroom overnight and, by morning, I woke up to the most wonderful smell in the room.
