If you want a barebones blanket that provides solid temperature control, but is kind of an eyesore, this is your pick.The good: It heats up nicely with 5 degree increments from 85-110. I can tell the difference between an individual interval. It has a timer up to 8 hours so you don't burn your place down.The bad: The cord is in a corner and is awkward vs other heated blankets. I'm always having to turn the blanket to get it straightened out. The stitching is readily visible and, because I have the cord going towards the right side of the bed, it is necessarily showing up. OK, I also ordered the red blanket and I definitely received the navy blue.The meh: It is not a particularly heavy blanket, so doesn't keep you terribly warm if it is not heating, but that's not really the point of this thing.All in all, there are better looking and higher quality blankets, but if you're looking for some reliable heat, this one will do the job.
