Didn't come with a charger so now it is useless

Ordered this product as it was recommended by a friend. Order came without a charger. Takes longer to heat milk than advertised. Went to charge the warmer and there was no charger included. Sent a message and received no response.

Why didn't I have this sooner

Just this weekend I have been to a family b day party and the zoo and have gotten comments about thismoms are wowedMake bottle plop it on and do things while it heatsWorks greatSimple to use !Made feeding the baby so easy!

Two problems best in my review

Only have found two flaws with this warmer. One it doesn’t hold a charge very long, and two the power button becomes less sensitive after about a month. It becomes hard to turn on. But is good for on the go would not recommend as the only warmer.

UPDATED REVIEW in my review

Please read all. This was my initial review… I would love this product, it would have been so convenient. However, it leaks. I replaced the seals, tightened it until I couldn’t tighten anymore, cleaned it. Nothing helped. Out of a 3oz bottle I lost an oz to 1.5oz every time before the bottle reached 98 degrees. Ended up returning.After writing a review and returning the product the company reached out to me. They apologized for the trouble and sent me a new warmer PLUS a tommee tippee bottle…

Make sure to use seal!

Great adapter - make sure you put seal in both warmer then adapter for leak proof. Can take longer than 1 min per ounce the shorter battery life. Great for airplane and car travel! Fits into a cup holder. Recommend finding bag to keep adapter and warmer together.

Amazing product! good for me

This warmer has a simple and sleek design - there is no confusion on how to use it. Easy to clean too! It fits our Avent and Dr Brown bottles just fine. I didn't even know something like this existed until I started traveling a lot with my newborn to visit family and one of my daughter's grandma's bought it for me. Can't imagine going anywhere without it! Would be a great baby shower gift!

Super Easy to use - my new review

The compact design and and ease of use made this a great purchase. One button allows you to scroll to desired temperature and the LED screen will show you what the bottle temperature is. We bought it to travel with but have also been using it at home because it’s so easy.

Took a long time to warm milk

Bought this for a long car ride. It worked however took an extremely long time to warm milk. We are still on breastmilk so timing is everything. I had to start warming the milk way before he showed signs of hunger hoping that he would be hungry soon and it wouldn’t be wasted. Not worth the investment.

Should ship with adapters

Great customer service. Expand use to more bottles by simply shipping with all adapters; that way customers can try them with all their bottles and find what works. Also $10 for a piece of basic plastic is quite pricey.

Unfortunately this bottle warmer takes about 20 mins just to warm up a 4oz bottle. Very upsetting had to return the product.

The Best for travel and anytime your out and about.

Great choice for travel.Good for when you are at the park, shopping, church or anywhere that you don’t have a kitchen.The rubber washer is used in the up or down position depending on the brand and shoes it clearly in the instructions.Small and easily fits in your diaper bag, and would be good to keep it in the car.Nice gift for new patents.Works with lots of different wide mouth bottles.Easy to understand instructions.Just turn it over and screw it on top of the bottle and it starts heating.
