I can't give this dock a high rating as it couldn't directly power my USB mic while I have another dock that didn't have this issue. I got around this by connecting my microphone and keyboard to my monitor's USB jacks and connecting the monitor's USB input to this dock. The rest is OK. Great docking station for my MacBook Pro 16', now I can connect it with just one cable. The only thing (and in my case it's completely normal) is that the power of the PSU is 60W and the input power of my PSU is 90W so the dock charges slower but in my case this is normal.

This was my second Thunderbolt hub in as many days. There was no need to dream of the best productivity - the first three hours. After that, it will only power my MacBook Pro 2019. No power for webcam, speakerphone or monitor - nothing. Waste of my time and money with my high hopes of making this work. Tried to save some money for it. Be aware in advance that this Belkin Dock is designed specifically for Thunderbolt. I have a USB-C port on my Dell 5200 2-in-1 work computer that I plugged into in hopes of using for multiple monitors. However, this laptop uses Displayport over USB-C and is not compatible with this dock. Other than that, it works great with my Macbook Pro 15 inch Retina 14.3. This worked great for my MacBook Air for almost a year. It was a smooth connection for my external monitor and other attachments. It also worked for my work PC and I was able to switch two computers just by changing one cable. However, a lifespan of 11 months seems to be too little for the price.

Poor docking station for Thunderbolt 3. I bought one of these to power my 27" Dell Razer Stealth 13 (Early 2020) 2K 165Hz monitor. It cannot maintain a stable connection via HDMI or Display Port. Not to mention that he lets out an absolutely unbearably high-pitched screech. Belkin has replaced this item for me once and the customer support is good, but this product is not. Use Caldigit or another TB3 dock instead.

I use this to run my home office. Overall a good docking station apart from the short charging cable that comes with the laptop.

Exactly what I needed: a 4K HDR capable TB3 dock.* 4K 60Hz HDR from HDMI and Displayport* Dual 10Gbps USB ports* USB-C power passthrough capability . My Dell gaming laptop is not getting power from the TB port. So the nice thing is that I don't have to use an external power supply for the dock.

I got this from work for my wife to use with her Dell XPS 15 laptop. It works as expected - connects to an external monitor, ethernet and audio out. It is correctly identified as a Thunderbolt device. Although the XPS draws over 60W, powering it from a separate 87W power supply works just fine. Buyers beware, this hub does not come with a reversible cable, instead it comes with a 6 inch pigtail that is permanently attached to the hub. Note that short cable length limits mounting options.
