Great way keep track & pay staff members

I like best about this service it has all of my reservations for every guest in one place, which makes processing payments easier when guests check out! The only downside so far as we've had time with us was some lag between updates from Open Table/HotelsCombined (which are separate services) and being able to see those changes reflected through our mobile app or website; but they're working hard at improving things!! Nothing really comes across too much negative unless you count having access…

  • Intuitive design works well without getting overly complicated either

Very good monitoring software that is user friendly

It was easy for our staff members around the world to use, it allowed us to track guests in real time which assisted with guest satisfaction as well as allowing our employees access from anywhere anytime! The system allows you multiple ways of viewing your data such as graphs or tables which can be very helpful when trying to solve an issue at hand. I would like there were some features added but they are working hard towards adding new ones every now and then so we have no complaints about…
