I like best about this service it has all of my reservations for every guest in one place, which makes processing payments easier when guests check out! The only downside so far as we've had time with us was some lag between updates from Open Table/HotelsCombined (which are separate services) and being able to see those changes reflected through our mobile app or website; but they're working hard at improving things!! Nothing really comes across too much negative unless you count having accessβ¦
