Tweed doesn't remain once yarn is manipulated

I purchased the gray tweed. The yarn is soft with no wool content. I loved the tweed concept unfortunately the white tweed is more than likely to be plucked out even more when laundering because it comes out while knitting. So sad that my tweed will magically be gone turning this into a solid gray. ☹

Pros
  • This yarn is easy to work up with a large crochet hook and is very nice looking.
Cons
  • Some users may find the chunky texture difficult to work with and undo mistakes

Perfect for a baby yoda coat

I bought this for baby Yodas coat and I feel like it was perfect for the earthy rugged look. It is easy to work with and not "pilly" like I thought it was going to be.

Pros
  • Really like the chocolate tweed look. Made several soft and warm hats with this.
Cons
  • The deep brown shade of the yarn may not suit every aesthetic, limiting its versatility for knitting and crocheting projects

Deserves its name! good for me

I didn't get to use the yarn yet but just love the feel of "Softee" and know that my granddaughter will love the vest that I'm making for her. It won't be one of those picky things that kids don't want to wear no matter how many hours you put into it. The tweed makes the purple "pop". It's just perfect for my intended purpose.

  • Good yarn but unfortunately ordered wrong kind.

  • Since it is a blend of acrylic and wool fibers, it may not be suitable for individuals with wool sensitivities or allergies
