WOW! Another bad toaster. I learned that buying toaster ovens is like playing slot machines in a casino and unfortunately no winners. This toaster is really small compared to a regular sized toaster. The brackets on the bottom crumb trays will break over time. They are already crooked after opening the shells several times. You have to bend them back into shape to keep the shells closed. Contrary to the description, this toaster is NOT designed for bagels. Yes, you can cut a bagel in half and press it into the slit (with difficulty), but your bagel will burn and crisp on the outside long before it's even warm in the middle.
