Sealed carton as shown in product image. There was no seal on arrival and the filters were visible. I ordered from Revain.com because they are usually very good with returns. But when I try to return an item it just says it doesn't fit. I contacted customer service and as a "one time exception" issued a full refund without forcing me to return the items.

These cone coffee filters were cheaper than others when I bought them. You have done a good job. They are strong enough to be pulled out of the coffee maker (filled with moist ground coffee) and will not leak or break. I also appreciate the fact that they don't bleach. In general, I am completely satisfied with them. I didn't give them five stars because they're just coffee filters. Nothing to worry about.

I've tried so many different coffee filters over the years, from the most expensive to the cheaper supermarket brands. I wasn't satisfied with any of them and kept trying others. The Beyond Gourmet filters were the only ones I liked. The paper was thinner and slightly larger than others I've used. For me this is of great importance.
