NOT, "Auto on/off ". Does not turn off or on automatically.

The title basically describes the problem. The product description when I purchased it and at the time of this review said "Smart Bike Tail Light: Auto On/Off Bike Tail Light, Super Bright Rear Brake Light." This light does not turn off or on automatically. Also, it looks very neat, but its functionality is not as advertised. 2/5 because I didn't buy it because I wanted "clean" light; I bought it because I wanted my child's bike light to turn on and off automatically.
