heating is naughty

I think the card I received is defective. Sometimes the heater doesn't work and I have to unplug and restart the CR-6, then it may or may not work. I don't have an explanation why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. This is not my nozzle or nursery, before the board change it worked perfectly. Will probably have to send this back. By the way, there are no instructions in the kit, there is a pdf somewhere on the site, but let's do it. Can you attach a 4x4 sheet of paper with…

Not exactly the same update as for Ender 3

This is a worthwhile upgrade, but a far cry from what the TFR was on my old Ender 3 for obvious reasons. (The CR-6 SE already has a 32-bit microcontroller and TMC2209 driver, while the OG Ender 3 was an 8-bit board with unnamed stepper drivers). In terms of features, however, it's worth it if you want to use UART mode and it's a ubiquitous upgrade from the standard board. To be honest if you don't plan on using the UART features I would consider this a good board replacement. in case your…

Quality control issues, ZERO customer service.

I bought this board after my printer's built-in Creality board failed. It seemed like a decent upgrade at first, but Octoprint had all sorts of connectivity issues. I noticed that none of the 5 or so USB cables I tried were plugged in properly and then the USB connector on the board just fell off. Trying to figure out BTT customer support is a futile exercise. Your site works sometimes. Your forums seem to be dead for the most part. There's a loophole if you're trying to figure out how to…
