No batteries or setup instructions were included with the product and I have not been able to find a way to program it using the instructions found online.

Almost identical replacement to my original. Don't worry about what model number your TV has, most Philips smart devices with preinstalled apps have the same remote control codes.

The volume and ok buttons on our original remote stopped working so this was a LIFE SAVING. The volume button is sensitive, but it all depends on whether you're pointing at the exact spot on the TV screen. Our old remote was like that too, so I think it's more of a TV model.

I wasn't sure if I should buy the original or this one but I'm glad I got it at a great price and it works just as well as that Original The best part is that I didn't have to program it, just add batteries and that's it. Highly recommended. However, today is the first day that I use it, I'm not sure how long it will last, but it seems to me that it's good.

The IR arrow (technical term, I know) in my original remote died. This was amazing because I had remotes that worked on TVs that are over 30 years old. But anyway, I need a new remote control. I have a universal one, but the buttons are not placed quite correctly (in particular, 4 colors and the "Options" button). Therefore, a direct replacement is required. For less than $10, it's just great. All buttons work fine, life is good.

Long story short, I contacted Phillips company to find out why my TV remote suddenly stopped working, it was their STUPID steps, like using my camera from my phone to make it blink red =USELESS/one Kind of BS basically, so now I'm too angry. We've had this replacement remote for a little over a year. And while it's still working, it's cracked and the battery cover is no longer holding up. Before that we bought a few different ones and after a few months they stopped working. I will buy a new one of these. Excellent value for money to be honest.
