Terrible Product, Poor Customer Service

I like that Bingo CRM is integrated with Salesforce. I like that they offer a free trial. I like that they have a lot of different modules that are useful for different types of businesses. I don't like that their support is very poor. They don't respond to tickets or emails and they don't have an active community. I have been using Bingo CRM for almost a year now and have been extremely happy with the product. The customer service is terrible. The support is terrible. The product is terrible…

Pros
  • You should be able learn this stuff within half hour at most easily!
Cons
  • Nothing really comes up except maybe some more advanced features but there may still need something else
