Cheap Weak Metal: Training and Behavior Manuals

Started rolling that bad boy to the ground and he got off me! Unfortunately I have 2 dogs and now only 1 post and chain. Thought it was a good deal at first, but 1 week use is not good!

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • No Machine Gun

Pegs for my little Chihuahua

This is my 8.5 lb Chihuahua. He loves to be outside and sunbathe when the sun is shining. I wasn't sure if I should go for this size as it was recommended for a medium sized dog but I've been using it for a few months now and it's perfect even for this little guy.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty
Cons
  • Small Parts

Ideal for small dogs.

This product does not stretch when it should not. My dog definitely can't chew it and you can use it with or without the insert. The pen is very strong but the leash is long enough for Morkie to walk. It's small, about 7 pounds, but it worked great for us!

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Requires base

Cheaper than petsmart

Perfect for our 2 7# Chihuahuas. Now they can be outside with us while I take care of things in the yard. The only problem we had was that they got tangled very easily if they were too close together and the dogs wanted to play. Basically it has served its purpose. We plan to take her out of state with us on our trip.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Negative impression

Cord is excellent peg could be better

The harness itself is of good quality, maybe a bit heavy for my 10lb dog as the clip looks heavy. The stakes are a bit rough and could be better, but the end is incredibly sharp so you have to be careful when driving the stakes into dry ground to avoid slipping and cutting yourself. I think a big handle on top would solve this problem.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good size and good anchor depth

Late arrival - took a few days longer than expected. not the seller's problem. As soon as it arrived it opened up and there was a plastic cup on the pointed end of the anchor end. (Nice contact). It is easy to attach the rope to the anchor. The anchor screws easily into the ground, even through a few inches of loose rock. The dog had no problem with it.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Behaves badly in the cold

Bought for the summer, everything works. Last week it was snowing on the ground and my dog wanted to play outside. Use this leash/stake as usual to keep him from running away, but if you pull one, the leash will snap and run after the wild rabbit. The metal wire twisted inside the plastic cover just broke. My dog is a 14 month old Lab Retriever who is still considered a puppy.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No work
