I bought these to use as regular bin liners. Most of my trash is biodegradable/compostable, but NYC is so backward that they don't have a decent city compost collection, and I'm not interested in just taking a very select portion of my compostable materials to farmers markets once a week. Finally! This is the only manufacturer I know of that makes large kitchen size (13 gallon) bin liners. Everyone else seems to think 3 gallons is enough. Well, if you have a family or use a lot of fresh groceries or juices at home, 3 gallons just won't do. We have a compost-only kitchen bucket and use it as a liner.
