Doesn't have the poles shown to hold up the front flap

I like that its small and light for backpacking. I purchased it for the price as well as the cool front that you can sit under for shade or weather protection but it didn't come with poles to hold it up. I read and read and my blind ass could not find where it says those poles aren't included.but Holy hell.if you're going to make a feature on something, for cripes sake include the hardware necessary to make it possible. How dumb is that. Orr. say as much.very clearly .In an obvious location…

Pros
  • This is my go to for value for the money. Can sleep two, perfect for one.
Cons
  • Lack of storage space inside the tent

Very light. Easy setup

Was very surprised how lightweight this is. If you were to be backpacking it in or worried about weight this would be great for that. As far as putting the tent together, it set up extremely easy. Took me 5 minutes tops. I didn't get any rain so I can't speak on how it handles that. The only thing I will say is the footprint is the size of a twin inflatable mattress, so if you aren't comfortable spooning the person you are going with you should probably get something a bit bigger.

Pros
  • Great for its price.Good for 2 person size.Tried and tested on a heavy rain and no leaks at all
Cons
  • May not stand up well in strong wind gusts

Awesome tent! for my opinion

Extremely water and wind proof! We went camping against the odd's in the mammoth lakes area accidentally planed our trip during a winter wind storm. We were completely untouched by the 40 mph gusts.

Pros
  • ‎Backpacking
Cons
  • Not suitable for larger groups or families due to limited space

Broken Zipper - my new review

1st time using it zipper broke at the bottom of the fly. Don't like having to feed the poles thru the mesh openings when setting up. Clips work better.

Pros
  • ‎Water-Resistant
Cons
  • The tent fabric is not very durable and may rip or tear easily

Poles not included best in my review

The tent did not come with the two poles that appear in the images propping up the awning . it rather just rolls up. This was disappointing as it was one of the reasons I purchased this tent. Everything else is fine about it.

Pros
  • ‎2 Person
Cons
  • The lightweight materials used may not hold up well against wear and tear over time

Not an instant pop-up tent as the title describes.

So in the title at the time of this review it states that this is an instant tent, like the kind that does not require poles being fed through eyelets in the tent. This tent DOES require assembly and poles being put together and fed into the tent. It’s not super hard or extremely time-consuming. But it is misleading and not what is described. As for the actual quality of the tent it’s OK nothing special but not horrible. Basically this is just a typical $20 tent that you can get at Walmart.

Pros
  • Camping & Hiking
Cons
  • May not be ideal for use in extreme temperatures, as insulation is lacking

Great tent for mid to warm weather

Love this tent! So easy to set up and tear down. Great lightweight tent. Not great for colder weather though. All mesh tent except for bottom and rain fly. Great design with rain fly. Keeps the rain fly from touch the inner tent and getting it wet from the dew on the rain fly. Very happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • ‎82.67 Inches
Cons
  • The zippers are not very strong and may break or get stuck easily

Nice tent, but not sealed properly, disappointing.

Took it for a weekend backpacking trip, the whole thing starting leaking when it starting raining highly disappointed. We had to try to patch the leaks because the tent was filling up. Other than that its a nice tent.

Pros
  • Lightweight
Cons
  • The tent may not provide enough protection against insects or wildlife

Good quality and great price!

Was a little worried about this thinking it may be 'cheap chinese' but i was happily surprised. My son needed a tent last minute for scouts and we didn't want to spend too much in case he didnt enjoy it. Great price and quality. Will post updates as the year goes on. He has only used it twice now but it rained both times and no leaks!

Pros
  • Rainfly
Cons
  • The tent is not very tall, and may feel cramped for taller individuals

There are NO taped seams and this is NOT waterproof

Cheap tent and overall good sides but absolutely uses less as it is not waterproof by any means and there are no taped seams. The Floor is also incredibly thin and provides no water barrier to the elements.

Pros
  • ‎Zipper
Cons
  • The tent stakes provided are not very durable

Beginner Tent, has all the Essentials

my first time ever setting up a tent, needed a second hand when putting on the straps to the frame, but other than that, kept be cool, loved the doors on two sides, and enough room for two. Easier to set up then a similar model from REI which was about $25-$50+ dollars more than this one. Used it for Coachella and it didn't fly away!

Pros
  • Roomy 2-person Tent for 3 Seasons
Cons
  • Heavier than some other ultralight backpacking tent options

Would recommend. in my review

Easy set up. Great against rain. A little tippy when I come to strong winds, but for the price I can’t complain. A good three season tent, you could use during winter if your season isn’t too cold. Would be a little too wimpy for my Alaskan winter. Oh and, comes with a roll up wet bag! Very nice and easy to strap on your backpack.

Pros
  • Breathable, Stable& Large Space
Cons
  • The tent floor is thin, and may not hold up well against rocky or abrasive terrain

Not waterproof at all

Great layout and design, poor choice of material. If the bottom was actually waterproof and the rain fly was stronger this would be the perfect 2 person tent.Used it one time and got a tear in the rain fly and woke up in the morning to puddled water on the tent floor, even while using a cheap tarp underneath. We went backcountry camping which isn’t easy on gear, but these two failures were not reasonable given the conditions and use.

Pros
  • ‎Camping Tent
Cons
  • May not provide enough warmth in colder temperatures
