Bissell air400 Professional Air Purifier: HEPA & Carbon Filters for 🌬️ Large Rooms, Allergies, Pets, Dust, Pollen, Smoke, Odors - Quiet Bedroom Air Cleaner Review

Now I'm confused as to how fast this product is supposed to work. We recently moved into our new home and have been using this air filter at high speed 24/7 for about 3 weeks and it is still reading 999. We are seeking advice on this product if you can help. So far we are not satisfied with our purchase.
