Outperforms our Dyson v10 totally clean

As the review title suggests, this vacuum outperforms our cordless Dyson v10 - no kidding. It outperforms it in two important ways: 1) battery life and 2) cleaning (important). Battery life for a cordless vacuum cleaner in our home is important. We got v10 because we thought it would meet our needs. The V10 does a good job, but only as long as the battery lasts, which isn't very long. This Bissell wireless battery lasts about 3 times longer and allows you to clean the entire floor while with…

Confined, very small spaces and only hard floors

First of all I have to say that I am a big Bissell fan. Although I have many reservations about this. What I like is that it's very manoeuvrable, lying almost flat and able to crawl under a lot of furniture. It's wireless, so you can take it anywhere without a power outlet. Cleans hard floors very well. The rotating spring brushes, like on my Roomba, are great for getting into small corners and around furniture legs, they rotate inward and feed dirt straight into the suction unit, a brilliant…

Decent stick vacuum with one major caveat

I have had many Bissell vacuums over the years although this is my first stick vacuum of theirs. Since I've always had good experiences with it, I thought it was no different. But it turns out I don't like it as much as I thought I would. It's not my first handheld vacuum, but it's the first that doesn't have an external battery... to be honest, if I had wanted to understand that beforehand, I wouldn't have thought of it. I just assumed it was because I've never heard of it, but it's not. That…

Will it continue? c handheld vacuum cleaner and electric broom

I'm a fan of cordless stick vacuum cleaners. My first was a Hoover Lynx which is still running seven years later. I have a Shark in the office, a Tineco and a Dyson V10 at home. This is my frame of reference when looking at this Bisell. First let me say that I received this vacuum cleaner for free through the Revain Vine program in exchange for writing a review. In all likelihood, I wouldn't buy it myself as several Bissell vacuums rank at the bottom in the cordless handheld vacuum ratings…
