This is a great vacuum cleaner if you have pet hair! I borrowed my sister's Dyson for "pet hair" to see if it was worth the money. It worked well but I couldn't justify the cost. I bought this one and honestly it takes hair better and is actually easier to use with better attachments for 1/3 the price. So if you are on the fence about which one to buy. buy this one. This really is an amazing vacuum cleaner. As long as I don't regret it!

The vacuum cleaner works well but is difficult to use. I don't have enough strength to use a wand with overhead cleaning attachments. The power head turns on and off. The cable is too short for my purposes. I find it tiring to use and have ordered a stand with a longer cord and lighter probes that are easier to work with. It also absorbs well and cleans well. It's just not the right vacuum for me.

I really like this vacuum cleaner. Has decent suction power. It's not as heavy and noisy as my previous vacuum. The cable is fully retractable. It has a motorized carpet roller brush. Basically it has all the features I was looking for. I've used it on tile, laminate and carpet. No problem. And I'll never have to buy bags again. This little guy is powerful and graceful. I have two Doberman Pinschers that don't shed much, but when they shed it is short and razor sharp. I see that this vacuum cleaner collects more scavenging and dust than the KENMORE CANNIST I used which started by breaking a few parts and then the motor is bad. Just received this item. It looks good and I took the time to read the manual which has no instructions on how to disassemble the motorized power head to clean it. I don't know if my wife could figure it out without my technical experience. Also, the recommended Revain trigger nozzles don't fit the hose at all, so after ordering some 1 1/4" nozzles I found that I now need to find an adapter. I take Revain reviews very seriously and base 90% of my purchases on them. This is a 5 star product with a small issue. very short power cord. Every other feature is amazing! We bought this upstairs vacuum to maintain hardwood floors, stairs and small carpets. Have been using it weekly for over 8 months now. It was amazing value for money and I would highly recommend it for similar uses. Positive: - Strong suction (comparable to our expensive Miele).
