Revain's image shows both ends. If both ends are not included, they must use the appropriate image. Maybe they expect you to use the stub of your previous brushes? They have to acknowledge this fact.

A good replacement part that is difficult to fit. The initial cleaning failed because a small stone got caught in the brush area. Proper cleaning would have prevented the roll switching problem. The device is a real plus. I have five dogs from a shelter so having a car really makes life that little bit easier.

Can't comment on durability yet but they seem to be as good or better than the OEM bits which only lasted 3 times before the plastic gears melted. Metal gears are really needed, but that's not an option just yet. Much cheaper than replacing a steam cleaner! When disassembling, pay attention only to local washers and small parts, especially tiny washers, so that they can be reassembled correctly. it's a bit difficult

UPDATE! So this was the quickest solution I've ever seen! We had a working replacement before I could blink 😯. Satisfied! Definitely showed me to pray before I react. Not everything is perfect, but the resolution can certainly follow. The brushes are perfect and my Bissell is like new again 💕 Rather disappointed! Ordered this because I recently ordered a replacement belt but found the gears on the brush wheels were worn and I needed new ones. I also ordered it because I read in a review that it also came with straps. Mine arrived today with no strap. So I'm glad I already ordered the belts. Easy installation, just no straps on my copy. It's my fault for not reading further, it's even asked here as a question. Installed same day it arrived and finally started mopping. Works perfectly!

I was cleaning the carpets in a huge Victorian house and my Bissell Proheat 2X Revolution started rattling and started spitting out black chunks from underneath. I thought it was the belt but when I took it apart I found it was hard plastic around one of the rods in the brushroll that was broken making the shaft unstable.
