I have sent an email to the seller letting them know all the issues with this new batch of Hatchbox PA Nylon filament! Even the advertising pictures on Best Buy still show print temp at 200-220c and all of my previous rolls were the same and printed perfectly at that temp! Now the print temp is 240-250c and it still won’t even extrude with V6 all Metal HotEnd! Layer adhesion is zero now when it was perfect! Package came vacuum sealed to keep clean and dry. I chose this filament after reading somewhere hatchbox has high quality filament. I haven't yet printed with it, but i can't wait to. I have specific projects i want to use them for but my computer's ram is out on rma. When i get the ram back i will be sure to upload photos!

The spool I got says 240-250C, the picture of the spool on their site says 200-220C, but their description says 180-210C. No big deal, just anywhere between 180-250C.It doesn't like to stick, TO ANYTHING. Not glue, tape, the bed, or even itself!Finally got 1 good looking print, keyword being "looking". Instructions are all over the place, depending on where you look you can get anywhere from 180-230 as acceptable printing temps.Personally I have now settled for 225 overall, but will dial it down quite a lot if I have a print with bridging where layer adhesion is less necessary.Its quite an oozy filament, bridges poorly, and it shrinks quite a lot.I'm having to do large brims on most of my prints, with a high temp heat bed and very low or no fan.If you want to print nylon, or need a semi-flex…

Their filament is my absolute go-to. If I want something really cheap there are brands out there that print well enough but hatchbox always seems to come out slightly better. This was the first brand I ever tried with my first printer, and I am now on printer number 2, and dismantled printer 1. Still using filament brand 1 though.

Using an Anet A8 with E3d Titan Aero this filament is just a pleasure to work with. At a .1 layer height I have printed a few structural components and gears and have experienced no significant warping with a very beautiful part. Well, was hoping for something better than ABS, but this isn't it. So far I've printed at 240 & 270C and still the bond line will break apart with minimal force, not even close to ABS strong. Granted at 270 it was better, but nothing like nylon would react to mechanical stress. Between filament strand bond line was weaker as it got taller. If you're looking for something that is tough, flexible and prints easily where high temp resistance is not a requirement I find that this prints much easier that other options like TPU on my Prusa MK3. It goes down very easily, with good speed, but watch temps as bridging will sag or fail unless you tune it in well. Bought this filament as I wanted to print some more durable items on my Qidi X-One2. The X-One has a max print temp of 250c so I'm limited on the materials I can print. So far so good, I've done one test print and am currently printing some parts I needed. I originally planned to print some gears but this nylon feels a little soft/flexible.
