The size and weight takes a little getting used to but other than that it's a great phone for the price. The phone is really indestructible. I've been testing it for the past 2 months. 4G not available on Red Pocket or AT&T prepaid plans

At&t SIM card inserted and everything was fine, then I started hearing about missed messages. I did some research and found that I need to update my IEMI number. After I did that, the next day I only had 3G coverage, no VoWIFI and no data from 3G. Contact AT&T now. There aren't many flaws with this phone and one problem, maybe not even the phone's fault. I use LastPass for password control. The phone keeps turning off the automated part of LastPass (AutoFill).
