Blazer C6350A Amber Magnetic Emergency Review

This product has worked well on my lawn tractor with snow blower about 3 times but the fourth time the batteries died and it worked intermittently. Not strong enough for an upbeat application.

Don't buy these if you're going to attach them to your car! Each impact of the vehicle will deactivate them and they are then meaningless. This happens to me every time the snow sweeps the street. So useless for now. Also, the metal surrounding the magnet is sharp and will scratch any surface you attach it to as it moves.

These lights are very bright and very large. No one will miss the opportunity to see these lights constantly on or blinking. The only problem I have is the way the batteries are installed. You need a small and sharp Phillips screwdriver. and remove the screw holding the magnets. Well that would have been nice, but the screw was so tight that I couldn't move it and I had to resort to a needle-tipped vise to get the screw out. But once the batteries were installed, wow. These lights are hard to find but this one is perfect for my purpose. However, the design is bad for two reasons. First, the battery compartment is only accessible by unscrewing the magnets. In this case, the nuts on the bolts will slip and fall into the light compartment. To put them back in place I had to remove the lens and headlights.
