Great quality and comfort

Great quality! The suede is very good and doesn't require as much cleaning as some other brands. The straps were a bit tight at first, which is good as they are leather and conform to your foot. I recommend wearing them for 30 minutes at a time until they break, which only takes about 5 hours. Very comfortable heel height, I actually find it more comfortable than flats! Good for learning when you have to wear dance shoes for hours. These aren't the first bloch shoes I've ordered because I've…

SIZE 8 N AA Best in Ballet and Dance

These Bloch dance shoes fit my narrow foot very well. I'm not used to suede soles on dance shoes, I'm used to them being a little more slippery like the Bloch Jazz Split Soles which are made of rubber and covered in pebbles for traction. However, I find suede less slippery than rubber. The height is lower than what I'm used to, but I plan to use it for ballroom dancing, swings, etc. I gave them 4 stars because the straps look like they might break eventually. or stretch with use, and the suede…

The only downside for me is that the left shoe rubbed on my big toe for the first week or so so I wore them until they broke a bit and a little callus formed on my toe. The correct boot was fine so it might just be the difference between my two feet and not be

Bloch quality is EXCELLENT! Rejected

I have this shoe in beige which I bought many years ago (15+) as a training shoe. I still use it. It has stood the test of time very well to be resoled several times. I needed a black low heel dance shoe so I ordered these. I knew it was small so I ordered 7 instead of 6.5. I always wear a 6.5 but I used to take a 7 in this shoe. It was the right choice, but these shoes are made wrong. The right shoe fits well. The left boot is loose because the straps are not properly fastened and are crooked.

  • Soft and durable leather upper with leather wrapped heel
