Durable and reliable

This is my second pair in nine years. I've bought suede before and both fit well. I've used them for zumba and now another dance class. Order 1 1/2 larger than your usual shoe size. They are undersized. No arch support as it is a split sole. The sole is glued, so don't leave it in a hot car. This is a good durable product that I would buy again.

After a year of use -

I ordered 10 and normally wear a street 8. I will be ordering a second pair after about a year of use instead of the 9.5. Size 10 wasn't too big to wear but a little bigger than I would have liked. As mentioned, I've had them for almost a year. I've used them in dance rehearsals, teaching indoor color guards, some outdoor guards, and march rehearsals for at least a dozen parades and two performances. They held up surprisingly well on concrete and tarmac. They haven't died yet, but I'd like toโ€ฆ

My knees are grateful

I do Zumba Gold and although my knee and back pain gets worse after class I still did Zumba Gold because I love it. One of the ladies in the class recommended that I try on Bloch shoes that were meant for dancing. God, I'm glad she suggested it. It made such a difference. I wasn't glued to the floor and I can turn around much better in class. My pain level is also much better. My only complaint is that I read the reviews and went 1 1/2 up so the shoe is a bit big. Maybe one size would beโ€ฆ

Order full size. Great dance shoes, especially for pirouettes

These jazz shoes are the best out there. Although you need to order full size. (I usually wear a 7.5 in sneakers and shoes, but I need an 8.5 in these dance shoes). I love them because they offer a lot of support but you can fully guide the foot because of the way the shoe is made. (Which makes me happy, because I'm a 62-year-old doctor, but I had a lot of ballet dancing experience before college and medical school.) And they have an area under the ball of the foot that's smooth circle so Iโ€ฆ

Great shoe but had to send it back

I've had a pair of these shoes for 4-5 years and love them. When they finally wore out, I decided to replace them. Reading the reviews, it seemed that most buyers went up a size. My first pair was 1 1/2 sizes too big but I went for the smaller version as I figured the size might change in 4-5 years. NOT CORRECT! I have a small foot (from 5 1/2 to 6) but the 6 1/2 was not only a little short in the toe (which I think I could work with), but there was a hard spot on the tongue, which was veryโ€ฆ

Very comfortable even with an injured leg

During the day I teach children gymnastics, as a hobby I do ballroom dancing, train in the gym and go for walks in the fresh air. I have had plantar fasciitis for about 8 months. The doctor then advised wearing the boot for 6-8 weeks. I'm still recovering and in the boat at week 7. I use these Bloch type shoes for dance practice and for dance practice. I can't wait to get back to it. In anticipation of new dances, I bought these to replace worn out Bloch shoes of a different style. I startedโ€ฆ

I'm glad I bought it! on shoes

I usually wear a size 8.5 so I bought a size 10. Perfect. I rotate as I should with no pain in my knee or ankle. And the shoes have enough grip so that my feet don't slide out from under me during Zumba. My only problem was that shortly after I started wearing them I started getting pain in my heel. I couldn't understand what was going on. Until the lightbulb burns out! Yes, these are shoes. Thus, the middle part of the shoe has no support. GENERAL. I thought there would be something in theโ€ฆ
