Well packaged and shipped fairly quickly. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the Blu-Ray player didn't have protective foam around the outside front. I had to remove my old foam and it didn't hold up well after being removed from my broken Blue Ray drive. Easy disk transfer after soldering my old board to the new player. Put everything back together and everything worked. Hope it lasts long.

disc arrived well packaged and looked like new. After opening it to replace the circuit board, the first observations were that the inside of the drive looked like new, but one of the three screws holding the new circuit board to the drive was missing. This happened because one of the board supports/brackets was bent and the hole was misaligned. This was easily fixed with pliers. Installed in Xbox, worked for a week and stopped. Knew something was wrong because it made grinding noises when used. I have a feeling the replacement drive was in worse condition than the original drive. Amazon's customer service is also annoying!

Bought to fix my Xbox One nephew as I've never disassembled an Xbox before it was kinda painful to stick on computers that the ribbon cable on the front All in all I was able to replace the drive after soldering the old drive chip to the new drive and some more fiddling with that horrible ribbon cable on the front of the Xbox, it works great now.

A few years ago my Xbox One stopped playing DVDs but Blu-ray still worked. Then they stopped working too. I bought this board, there were no problems installing it (I quickly and easily soldered two wires) and all the boards are working again! I wish I had done this many years ago!

I switched the board from the console to this drive and everything worked perfectly! Thank you for selling them and giving me the opportunity to save my son's Xbox One!

This is exactly what I was looking for. My Xbox One works like new! However, a very important detail that most people miss is that when you change the drive, you also have to change the board to the one from your Xbox in order to be able to use the drive. It was more work. It's worth it. Literally 5 minutes (if any) soldering was worth it!

Arrived well packaged but one of the corners of the driver was bent and would not snap back. Will try to install and see if I have gap issues.
