Product usage, excellent call handling, poor product quality. Not even 20 days and the plastic around the four screws holding the headband is already cracking. I had the same problem on a 450 but it took a year, then another year, to completely fail. I switched to this model. I'll message Blue Parrot and see what they do. I'll provide more information as soon as I get an answer.

Poor quality for the price. The plastic headphone holder broke along with the USB port for the wall charger. The noise canceling technology is not as good as advertised. Only used on my desk for work at home. Everyone I spoke to could hear my kids playing in the background. I can't complain about the sound quality. I could hear everyone I spoke to with no problem and they could hear me too so there was no problem. I didn't have any comfort problems, everything was fine in that regard

I love everything about it except two things. I wear a 7 5/8 hat and it's too tight. I bent the metal and now it's acceptable but deformed. Noise cancellation and sound quality are excellent. A BIG PROBLEM. When connecting to two phones it's completely unreliable: Bluetooth randomly disconnects, calls hang up, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts to even connect both phones. For this price all functions should work.

Absolute bullshit. Doesn't work at all. 50% of the time the microphone isn't working and people can't hear you. Calls are often dropped. Call support and they will force you to download a "Blue Parrot Updater" with incompatible software from the last two years. What was once the best wireless headset brand has become a huge disappointment. Don't spend $200 on something that doesn't work. Everyone I know who bought these returned them for the same reasons.

I've heard good things about Blue Parrott headsets but they didn't impress me and I'll be returning them. First, even though the distance is said to be hundreds of feet, I found terrible distortion at 10-15 feet. I expected much better. One of the reasons I got the BP was that the headset used multiple devices (phone and computer). After several attempts to run their software application on my phone, I gave up. It's tight on the head, which is uncomfortable to wear for long periods, and I really don't like the voice control feature. Noise cancellation is the only benefit. They are so tight that my skull pushes the glasses against my ear. I tried connecting to my phone and computer but neither of them could ever hear me. My apps cannot connect automatically despite several manual configurations. The Blue Parrot team is a joke; so limited and not functional. You need an app on your phone to change what it can do. Shouldn't that be part of the firmware? Another syntax to learn. It connects easily, but switches between devices
