. I've had the Blue Parrott 250, 350, 450 and now the 550. All had their quirks but the 550 is absolutely the worst. I've had it for 5 months and I hate it. It's tight on the head, which is uncomfortable to wear for long periods, and I really don't like the voice control feature. It always listens to your conversation and ends your call when it finds a word or phrase that doesn't have to be "end call". I've spoken to several people I know personally who are having the same issue with their 550 xt. This is something I just can't stand. I've been disconnected too many times on important business calls. I'm hoping there's an update that fixes this, or a way to disable this feature without losing the ability to continue using Siri or taking calls.
