Great timer, works great!

Bought two of these machines and both work very well! One unit runs the heater in the bathroom so it's hot when I shower in the morning, the other works as a timer to turn on the living room lights. Love that it's sturdy with three pins and two sockets. It will easily run a 1250w heater and has many more watts available. The lamps in the living room are still incandescent and draw about 120 watts. My only issue is that the pins used to set the timer are quite small - I couldn't easily install…

Easy and convenient

Arrived quickly. Ordered it before bed and it was there when I woke up. Ready for immediate use. Two switches got stuck, but eventually they moved. You set the current time by aligning the hand with the nearest time on the dial. Comes in 15 intervals. . Slide the switches down to the time you want it on, and leave the switches on when you want it off. I have the light on at 8pm and off at 2pm. So 18 hours of reception and 6 hours of rest. He wrote this before he had a chance to leave and come…

Makes my life easier

The purchase changed my life. I work nights and the nearest light switch is at the opposite end of the room from the front door. So I bought a cheap timer switch from the local hardware store so the lights would turn themselves on before I got home. It worked but was quite weak and after a week it started ticking loudly and the timer stopped. This brand is about the same price, solidly built, and gives you the ability to connect 2 devices. Because it's a manual timer, it's very easy to set up…

sometimes it's better to use analog

It's just good old mechanical electronic technology, not the Internet of Things. It doesn't display LED lights, receive voice commands, or sync with an app that turns on/off the sunrise/sunset time in your city. It's just a plug adapter breaker switch with a pin ring that controls the clock you want to turn on and off every day. Pretty inventive, by the way! I love that it's a dual socket that controls two inputs but leaves the other plug of your outlet available, with an hourly/daily timer…

Perfect timer for me

I had a digital timer that cost $26 and had all the features - even auto-correct for Daylight Saving Time! The only problem was that if I didn't look at it for a month or two, I would have to go get the instructions to learn how to program it again. Even switching to Manual ON required manual guidance for me! And to top it off, I had a really hard time reading all the characters on the LED display from a few feet away (it was under the kitchen cabinet). All I need is to turn it on in the…
