I found a brush with bristles that do not hurt my head when I use it. The bristles are soft and the brush is sturdy and easy to handle. I like the comb too which was an added bonus. I highly recommend this and the value was great compared to similar brushes,

Hefty and easy to hold. The bristles are perfect for me. They are firm and penetrate to your scalp, but not so firm that it feels like you are using a wire brush. Probably the best brush I ever bought. I like the comb - it makes it easy to clear the hairs out of the brush.

Back in the day all my mother used was a horse tail hair brush on me. Then, sadly they seemed to diappear so, I am so thankful to have come across this brush. Great if, you (or your children) don't like getting your hair ripped out while brushing and it gets out the tangles. Love it!

I have thick hair and the bristles only brushed the surface layer so if you have thicker hair this brush isn't for you. But would smooth a pony tail and be great for men and children. Very well made and sturdy. Delivery was sorry fast and packaging was good.

I bought this brush and comb for my very tender headed daughter. We have tried SO MANY brushes, the last one she threw and broke because she was in tears from trying to brush her hair. I’m personally sick of throwing away plastic brushes that never decompose since we buy so many to try to find what works for her so I went with this type of brush at the suggestion of the lady who cuts my daughter’s hair. Perhaps this is my fault for not reading the item details but the bristles are TINY. Very short. The bristles are so short that they don't even brush through my hair. And that's for someone with very thin hair! For me, this brush is useless. NOT used for detangling. This brush won't detangle your hair, it'll only help with frizz, if that. Normally I don't give bad reviews but I can't see why anybody with long hair would want this brush. It does nothing.

I love this brush so much. It keeps my hair soft and I can go longer without washing my hair which keeps it healthier. I also love the antistatic comb. I used to have a lot of flyaways, but no longer. The only problem is that after a few weeks, I dropped my comb and it broke in half. I recommend not using it over a hard time floor to save your comb. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied with this product.

I have never had a boar bristle brush. It is Awesome and so. Smooth and nice. Granted I have very little hair on top, but this brush Feels so nice, and easy to hold. The wooden comb is great as well. If you guys are used to those cheap plastic brushes, you gotta try this!

This is a nice soft bristle brush for long delicate hair. It doesn't rip the hair from the scalp but gently glides over and through the hair to detangle dry hair and move oils over the entire length of the hair. The comb is great for detangling just washed and towel dried hair, using plenty of detangler spray. The comb's teeth are rounded and can be used to gently untangle matted hair. Wood wide tooth comb is great on wet hair and doesn't hurt scalp like a plastic comb sometimes does. Brush is nice to finish off blown dried hair.

I wish I could say that I love this brush. There is no problem with the quality & it came packaged nicely. However, I have fine hair which is just past my shoulders.and I cannot brush through it with this brush. I can’t get to the scalp, which I didn’t expect.I think this brush would work better for a man or someone with short hair, but since I can’t get to the scalp with fine hair, I’m not sure.The bristles are quality & tight, not like some synthetic models. This is my first time buying a brush with these types of bristles, I’ve historically always used the plastic bristles, but heard these were better for your hair to decrease frizz. When using it in the morning, it moved smoothly through my hair (dry) and didn’t tug, which was nice. I also like that it came with a little bag, so I can take it with me to travel if needed. I haven’t used it for long, but hopefully over time I can see the effect on my hair!

I have extra thick hair, slightly curly despite not being a woman of color. My hair is super frizzy and I heard constant brushing with a boar brush would help tame the friz and make my hair appear healthier. The brush itself is nice and I can see it being very easy to use if you have fine hair. With thick hair however you have to section the hair and brush like you were coloring. It takes FOREVER.
