Fashionable and Comfy: BodiLove Women's Coat

This jacket is perfect for both fashion and function .It’s soft warm, and stylish enough to wear to any event. The white heather color and classic design will never go out of style. The only con is that it may not be suitable FOR extremely cold weather. Overall, a great addition to any women's fashion wardrobe..

Terrible customer service

I bought this jacket as a Christmas present for my granddaughter and the first day she wore the jacket two buttons fell off (without her knowledge) as the company would not accept the return of the jacket , asked to change the buttons. I haven't heard from the company and I have to change all the buttons or my granddaughter won't need the jacket. I figured the least they would do was replace the knobs, but obviously customer service doesn't take up much space in their business plan.
