Review on BodiLove Classic Outwear White Heather Women's Clothing for Coats, Jackets & Vests by Ashley Davis

I bought this jacket as a Christmas present for my granddaughter and the first day she wore the jacket two buttons fell off (without her knowledge) as the company would not accept the return of the jacket , asked to change the buttons. I haven't heard from the company and I have to change all the buttons or my granddaughter won't need the jacket. I figured the least they would do was replace the knobs, but obviously customer service doesn't take up much space in their business plan.
