This is my second time buying these locks. I use them on my KUV van. They are very comfortable but with the weather they lasted me for six months. I bought them again to give them another chance and because they are easy to operate with the ignition key. If this set doesn't last more than a year I won't be buying it again.

As already mentioned, many keys fit on this lock. My slime is matched to a newer GM Lazor Cut key. The lock works as it should and feels secure. I tried to cut the "GM" key out of a car a few years older than mine and this key fits my new lock. Too bad hundreds of thousands have the key to my expensive new lock. Only an honest person will stop this lock. 👎👎👎👎👎👎🤬😩

I bought two of these and love that I didn't have to attach another key to my truck's keychain. The biggest problem is that I bought them to store and for some reason they are almost impossible to block. Maybe I just don't know how to make them click, but you have to hold them perfectly or they won't click. Just in case someone had a similar stupid problem. I have a profile of my truck saved here in my Revain account so that when I look at the truck's stuff, Revain will let me know if something fits my truck or not. I recently purchased a padlock, pin lock and receiver lock from Bolt and as soon as I received them I put my truck key in the locks. The locks "learned" my key quickly and easily. This would be a 5 star rating if it weren't for one annoying thing about this lock: There is a steel ball inside that prevents you from unlocking the close the lock, unless you insert the lock into the bolt from below and do not hold it at an angle when closing the lock so that the steel ball falls back into the slot in the lock body.
