Impressive Spark Plug for My Car!

Based on my observations, this spark plug is top-notch in the automotive industry. It is durable and maintains an optimal level of performance. The Bosch 8160 Double Platinum Longer is highly recommended for those looking to maintain their vehicle's ignition system. The only downside is that it may be a little pricey compared to other spark plugs on the market. Overall, this is a great investment for your car's engine.

Pros
  • Longer lifespan due to double platinum technology
Cons
  • Higher price point compared to traditional spark plugs

There is no such thing as longevity.

They have driven less than 8000 miles and have 4 misfires per 1000 rpm on cylinders 2 and 4 and intermittent idling. So now I need at least 2 spark plugs otherwise the car runs like crap, stock ones lasted over 30,000 so I'm not sure where the comparison is.

Pros
  • Ignition Parts
Cons
  • Intervals

Candles seem to work?

What else is there to say about the recall? They went into my 2016 VW GLI, which is essentially an upscale Jetta. I've had 20,000 on them so far and haven't had any problems. The engine starts normally, runs well, the mileage seems the same when I changed them. I haven't done coil packs with spark plugs yet, but I'll try next time. They were default shares, so I basically checked the shares and didn't have to change them in any way.

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • Lots
