Impressive Cobalt Hole Pilot!

This hole pilot is a game-changer for all industrial and scientific cutting operations. The impressive cobalt construction ensures long-lasting durability and exceptional performance. It excellently works on hard materials, such as stainless steel, and minimizes blade wear. The hole pilot saves time and money by providing accurate and smooth cuts in the toughest materials. The only con is the pricey cost but, in the long run, its quality makes up for the investment. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • High-quality cobalt construction ensures durability and reliable performance.
Cons
  • Not suitable for use on very hard metal surfaces.

I have 2 of them to work with.

I got 2 of these to work with a 25mm hole saw Wood was tough 30 year old Australian hardwood in the alpine zone The first lasted 24 holes before spinning in its holder

Pros
  • 1/4" quick change hex shank
Cons
  • doubtful

More than most. = Good

I have used this as an alternative guide attachment for some Bosch TCHS hole saws. The standard pilot bit was for masonry and the pilot bits from the hole saw adapter kits were too short. This shot was perfect. (Not sure why, but standard 1/4" hex shank bits don't seem to fit/snap into Bosch hole saw sockets.)

Pros
  • For use with PCM38, PCM12, PCMSDSPL arbors
Cons
  • Out of date
