Excellent replacement for the original. I just wish they wouldn't wear out so quickly. In my shop I sand a lot and wear out 1-2 pads per sander per year. I have tried other interchangeable pads and have had questionable results with Velcro. After a month or two, the sandpaper disks will just start to fall off. This rug lasts as long as I have found which is why I am giving it five stars.

What a great deal from Revain. I ordered this replacement pad for my Bosch R0S20VS grinder around 11pm and it was delivered before noon the next morning. This is a genuine Bosch part. It fit perfectly and was easy to assemble. You will need a Torx T20 screwdriver for the screws. Now my old grinder keeps the wheels like new again for more than a few minutes. :D

After a long period of use, at least a year, it became clear that the pad needed to be replaced. I did this in October and the grinding wheels fell off today. Did. The patch lasted 4 weeks. I specifically bought a Bosch replacement pad for my Bosch grinder, thinking I would avoid nameless pads that might be of lower quality. I'm curious to know why the original gasket lasted so long and the replacement gasket only lasted a month.

Replace my standard Bosch soft pad with a new one today, last came out about 300 discs maybe try to get 25 more out, quality product from Bosch. See photos from old to new. The best way to prolong the life of these pads is not to let them spin freely off the part, but rather to start and stop on the part whenever possible. If you move the pad away from the center and the grinder starts spinning, it will start pulling off the hooks.

I bought this to replace the original disc on a BOSCH eccentric sander. It looks the same as the original, very easy to install. At first, when I installed it for the first time, it worked great. The disadvantages are that this mat cannot hold the sandpaper long enough after multiple uses. If the sandpaper is still usable, it often just falls off the backing. Not sure why. But the original pad can stick the sandpaper for quite a long time until the paper becomes flat and needs to be replaced.

Kit includes 35,000 durable hooks. In my experience, "long life" is a misnomer. Strangely, I have another (cheaper) random orbital sander, not as good as Bosch, but velcro sanding pads have never let me down. for very good orbital sanders. However, I use these pads (5 in 3 years). Why are you talking. If you don't want to buy a new grinder then you really have no choice but to buy this pad. My original sanding pads held the velcro sandpaper discs well. Too cool actually because the hook part of the pillow will come off along with the sandpaper after a couple of weeks and once that starts the pillow is done.
