Arnica works best in massage tools and equipment

I brought this oil to my last massage session. I asked my therapist to use this instead of a massage lotion. The smell was very tolerable during the session, but it would be better without the smell. He smoothed beautifully. I could feel the warmth of the therapist's energy through the oil and that made this therapy session absolutely extraordinary. Arnica relaxed my aching shoulders and neck. Good product! for wellness and relaxation

As a Clinical Massage Therapist, I find this product to be most beneficial for clients with tired and tight muscles. The product's oil base is high quality so helps a bit, the product also offers enough lubricity to really work into the fabric without feeling overly sticky. I use this every day!

It definitely soothes your muscles! I use it every night before bed to massage the knots and when I fall asleep I feel my muscles relax. So overall I like it. In addition, it makes an excellent massage oil - it retains its smoothness when rubbed and smells great. Cons: - It's LITTLE greasy. It hasn't soiled my sheets yet, but I can definitely smell it on my skin when I wake up. And my skin feels oilier than usual after applying it the night before.
