Before ordering, I didn't really pay attention to the size of the socket hole in the photos. I thought the holes were for the typical screws that cabinet pulls and pulls come with these days. These bushings have larger holes (just over 3/16) and as I said most knobs and knobs come with smaller screws that a 5/32 drill works great with.
