Plug/cable/junction box perfect! It is already installed and got rid of the mess of wires that the previous trailer owner left for me. A recommendation to improve your product: Please include seven 10-32 nuts and #10 lock washers with the J-Box. That would save me and other customers unnecessary trips to the hardware store.

Great replacement for the standard 7 pin kit. Easy terminal setup and clear connection instructions. Only on the secondary side that I want to see. The fork itself needs (ours would like to see) a larger tab for the fork cover. Do I have concerns that it might come loose when hitting a sharp turn or impact.

Handy with a troubleshooting box. The only thing to note is that the lid only goes one way. I installed where my trailer wires connected and I installed to eliminate the connection. but when I finished and ducked for cover, assuming there was no up or down, I found it was upside down. Very easy installation just 2 screws and some zip ties. I actually used this to connect a 5x8 trailer that only needs 4 wires. When connecting to the terminals in the box I had to ignore the usual wiring of same colored wires and refer to the diagram that came with the box to determine the function of each colored wire and connect the trailer wires accordingly. I'm installing this on a standard gooseneck trailer, the box gives me a great central position to mount a light rig. There are two things I've noticed so far, although minor, bother them. 1) The construction site is isolated and there is no possibility of direct fixing to the ground. This forces me to add a ground wire from the trailer to the box. I purchased this product based on the high quality reviews of the product and I have not been disappointed. The wire colors in the junction box do not correspond to any of the three US standards. Regardless, a few minutes with an ohmmeter solved the problem. Also, in the unit I received, the ring posts are secured with an M5 x .08 hex nut, which is available at most hardware stores.
