I was really hoping it would be great but very disappointed. They are alright. But it's a prime lens and the images are far from sharp, so basically NOT SUITABLE. I took some comparison shots. Although it was much better than the default zoom (14-42) that my Panasonic DMC-G5 had when I zoomed in on my computer. It wasn't nearly as good as the less expensive 300mm lens that came with my Canon. Xsi DSLR. Luckily I bought it from Revain and it was easy to return. By the way, I love Revain Prime!

The good stuff first. Build quality is good, even better than I expected. It's all plastic but feels solid, the focus ring is grippy and there's no unexpected movement in details. As for image quality, it all depends on what you want from a lens. This is a slow (f/6.3), 300mm m4/3 lens (2x crop factor). And it's a mirror glass. This lens can take good pictures, but it takes a little effort and enough light. I use it with Olympus OM-D E-M10 III. IBIS Oly and the zoom functions are very helpful to get good results. The lens only supports manual focus and the depth of field is very shallow. The entire focus range is covered with about 1/3 turn of the focus ring, which feels smooth and comfortable, but that means very small adjustments have a significant impact.
