Super easy to empty and clean due to the top coming off! I've used mine several times on hiking trips and did not have any issues with leaking, but I will say that if you're using a hydration bag with a hook instead of velcro for your bladder holder, this does have a tendency to slip off. The o-ring came off after several uses, and the seller stood by their product and sent me a new one. Very classy move, and I'll certainly be buying from them again in the future.

I tried to return this product but since i didn't have it anymore, i couldn't get a refund. I figured i could at least write a review to warn others. I bought this for a 4 day trek to machu picchu. Obviously having water was very important in this situation. I tested it twice at home by filling it with water to make sure there were no leaks since i had read a few reviews mentioning water leaks from this pack. Satisfied that it was not leaking, i packed it up and the morning of my trek i filled…

I'm very happy with this product. Water stays fresh and tastes clean. Only complaint: it is somewhat difficult to slide the bag through the clamp. not a big deal, though.

I bought this instead of the $50 camelbak backpacks and I’m glad I did! It holds a lot of water and doesn’t leak. It’s really easy to clean with the included tools. I put it right into my normal backpack with everything else and had no problems with it. 10/10 would recommend!

Works great, better than others I owned. Like all other bladders they are hard to dry out. Why not add a quick disconnect valve to the mouthpiece end so air can freely pass thru and dry easier.

The product is very sturdy and excellent. The customer service was very prompt In responding with a small mix up and went above and beyond.

I couldn't be happier. Incredible quality for the price, holds more than 2L, and NO CHEMICAL TASTE at all. The zippered top works perfectly and is sooo easy to fill up. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Works great, no complaints on that. Durable, doesn’t taste bad or flavor the water. Took it day hiking and backpacking and it performs fine. BUT my complaint is that there is no tool or fitting provided to hold bladder open to dry it out after cleaning. They give nice brush and flexible cable to clean it and hose but I’ve had to rig up my own contraption to hold it open and hang it to dry. So I’m only giving 4 stars

Bought this new after water buffalo bailed out on me, everything is good but it is leaking in the top unlike osprey (really tight) also the connecting valve is little lose and could leak water when you least expect.

This pack is awesome top opens fully up, easy to clean & dry. Hose don’t need to stay on it for filling. The seller was very helpful my bite valve snapped and they sent me a whole new replacement at no cost, which was very nice of them!
